The Rays have gone from the worst to the first! They have had an amazing season. On Sept 20 (the same day we went to the Tech game in Georgia) the Rays won their way into the playoffs. Their first postseason trip in franchise history! And then tonight, Sept 26th they clinched the division title, beating out the power houses of baseball, the Red Sox and the Yankees, in the hardest division. Now, we await the playoffs! Go Rays!

Worst to First
The Rays have gone from the worst to the first! They have had an amazing season. On Sept 20 (the same day we went to the Tech game in Georgia) the Rays won their way into the playoffs. YOu know that the Menzies are totally routing for the Dodgers to make it to the World Series! 20 years ago, Matt watched as Kirk Gibson made that amazing home run in the first game of the World Series, with 2 blow out knees. He even named our GIRL dog after him. I'm hoping it comes down to the Dodgers and the Rays! How funny would that be?!
Uh, yeah...The Rays would kill them! Then poor Matt would have to live with Greg's gloating. You should hope the Dodgers don't make it! :) just kidding
